The lively U-KISS’s real Chef challenge!

Lively idol U-KISS is engaging in a cooking battle to become the best Chef in SBS E!TV 100% real food variety show “Chef’s Kiss”. For fans, they opened a restaurant, promote it themselves as well as learn to cook. Because of this, they are having a really busy day! Let’s meet the seven charming guys as they are struggling to reborn as a real Chef.

Buona Sera is a classic Italian restaurant. Although U-KISS has always shown their smile and being lively, however, they are exceptionally noisy today. It is because U-KISS’s charismatic guidance, Sam Kim, is preparing a dinner for them ahead of their last battle. The boys were amazed and went “There’s a forest at the center~” right after they witnessed the interior design of Buona Sera, and turned into a bunch of mischievous boys by fooling around “We are the guest! Please give us 6 extra rice!.” U-KISS has to wait for a long time in order to taste Chef’s food. Dongho kept humming a song during this waiting time. So, we approached the cute-looking-like-little-puppy Dongho~ wondering what kind of song that he was singing.

Q: What song are you singing?
Dongho: Nowadays, I keep listening to one particular song. Right now, I’m listening to ‘I Need A Girl’~

Q: You looked tired.
Dongho: Yes, I’m tired~ I had a movie shooting recently.

Q: Are you challenging acting?
Dongho: A bit. It’s just a small part. However, it was fun. I think it will be much fun if I continue doing it.

Although Dongho is a little shy since it was just a small part, but it was enough to keep the anticipation. Sitting beside Dongho was Eli, who is too caught up in reading. He is caught reading U-KISS’s interview that was published in April issue of Junior magazine.

Q: How was it? Do you like it?
Eli: Yes. I like it. The pictures are pretty too.

Q: Seems like you’re using Korean a lot lately.
Eli: Yes. I read books and study too.

Eli was reading the magazine seriously. This time, we caught up with Kibum and the playful Alexander.

Q: How does it feel doing a cooking program?
Kibum: I like it. Because we were able to eat lots of delicious food.
Alexander: I had a lot of worries at first. It was because I couldn’t cook well. But now, my cooking skills have improved a lot.

Q: Food that you are confident of cooking it?
Alexander: Ribs stew and cutlet~
Kibum: I think that I wash dishes more than cooking. I originally wanted to be a Chef. (Members: You are much better as a singer~)

Kevin and Kiseop who were busy taking selca of themselves, also naturally joined in the conversation.

Q: When was the time that you feel proud the most?
Kiseop: When the customers were satisfied with our cooking, seeing all the plates were empty.

Q: How do you feel since this is your last food battle?
Kevin: It’s a pity. Right now I feel like I can cook all the dishes. I was having a hard time with the knife until recently. I’m most confident in cooking pasta. That was the first thing that I’ve cooked for my parents. My mother was really surprised by that. I feel really proud since my mother really likes it.
Kiseop: I’ve learned to cook a lot of food. I’m still lacking at the moment, and I feel pity that it has to end. If only there will be a Season 2 for it~ I am ready and determined to show you my best ahead of the final battle.
Alexander: I’ve learned a lot of delicious recipes, and I want to have more battles. I’m thankful to people who are anticipating and watching me, a singer to become a cook.

Soohyun couldn’t come because he had a musical performance, but do not feel sad as he is attempting hard as a musical actor.

U-KISS members are really affectionate when it comes to cooking. Although they did show their immature side occasionally, however, we have to admit that they worked hard for it. Chef Sam Kim threw a scary joke by saying ‘When the first time U-KISS cooked, and if it happened to be in my kitchen, I would have fired them~’. But the boys continued to grow steadily and it made him feel very proud. During those times, after struggling for the day, Sam Kim gave out his direct compliment to U-KISS. U-KISS ate everything on the plate without worries. Sam Kim was much happier as the boys recognized his skills. He went speechless as he watched U-KISS filled their mouths with the food really quickly. Eli, who was in the middle of diet turned into a big eater.

Cutie Dongho also turned into a hamtaro as he puffed his cheek to fill them with food. Sam Kim was very delighted to see them eating well. However, he was a bit disappointed and said ‘How come nobody listens when eating~’. The playful U-KISS replied back “It’s because we’re eating delicious food right now~”, “Why fancy (exclusive) food always being served in a small quantity?”. Kibum said “I’ll give you this instead” and put a piece of steak into Sam Kim’s mouth. A smile automatically came since the boys gave out the feeling of friendliness and pleasantness. Both Sam Kim and U-KISS have so many positive sides. They have created many beautiful memories together as they were battling against one another in order to become the best chef. Ahead of the last food battle, U-KISS gathered together and encouraged themselves to do the best until the end. It probably means that they are all becoming top chefs already. It is because they are able to present us a sweet and full of happiness’ recipe.

U-KISS was very busy ahead of the restaurant’s opening. They were finding their own skilled spot. Eli checked the cleanliness of the cup. Chefs of the day, Kiseop and Kevin were checking their recipe. Then, Kibum, Dongho and Eli have turned into stylish waiters. Now, they didn’t have any problem in serving area too~

A restaurant full of these cool boys, wouldn’t the customers be filled with bliss even before eating?
